Anne Lane
Anne is a writer/performer from Colorado/New Zealand. She began taking classes at Groundlings and UCBTLA while earning her degree from UCLA, was a top three finalist in iO West's 15-week improv competition 'the x-ecution' and co-founded the improv, sketch and video team 'The Wait List' waitlistcomedy.com. She recently wrote and performed in 'The Heroic Death of Captain Scott', a sketch-play about Robert Falcon Scott's ill-fated South Pole expedition, and looks forward to the show's UCBTLA run later this summer.
Other UCB credits include The Pizza Show, American Broadcasting Network Presents: Upfronts, A Bing Crosby Christmas Christ-tacular, Gotcha!, The IT SUCKed Awards, UCB Thanksgiving Parade, Sketch Cram, Not Too Shabby, Harold team 'Scandal!', and Hip Hop Penguin's Non-Denominational Christmas Assembly. Anne has a strong recreational interest in epidemiology. Marburg is her favorite filovirus.
