Marissa Strickland is a writer and performer from Los Angeles. After graduating with a degree in anthropology from UC Santa Cruz, Marissa moved back to Los Angeles to work as a research assistant, but soon realized that she much preferred comedy to neurodegenerative diseases. In 2008, she began studying at UCB and quickly fell in love with everything about the theatre. Marissa has also studied at iO West and The Groundlings. She is absolutely delighted to play with her Harold team Kid Grift. Marissa's other UCB credits include: Cagematch, Sketch Cram, Let's Do This!, The Mysterious Affair at Mr. Bendernagle's Luau, Not too Shabby, The 3 on 3 Tournament and Del Close Marathons 11 and 12. Marissa loves crossword puzzles, one word jokes and foreign candy.
