Jennie Pierson
Current Shows
Jennie is an actor/improviser/writer based in Los Angeles. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Cal Poly, SLO where she got her start in improv with the troupe Smile & Nod. Jennie started performing at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre in 2008. Currently she is a proud member of the Maude team Goodman.
Jennie has performed in many different shows at UCB. For three years, along with Amanda Sitko, she co-hosted a weekly improv show called Let's Do This. Amanda and Jennie also co-wrote and performed a two woman sketch show titled Amanda and Jennie: Best Friends which then went on to the San Francisco Sketchfest. Other UCB show credits include the Harold team Delicatessen, Sketch Cram, The It Sucked Awards and various Birthday Boys sketch shows.
On television, she can be seen in a number of commercials as well as season one and two of HBO's Funny or Die Presents as writer, actor and creator of "The Amazing Adventures of David and Jennie.". Also, keep a look out for her in the spring of 2012 on ABC's new show Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23.
