The Apple Sisters: Shipshape Shenanigans!
Los Angeles July, 1943 – Ah Hoy, Hollywood! Everyone’s favorite singing and dancing trio, The Apple Sisters, are premiering a brand new show! With never-before-been-seen songs, dances, and messy mucks…on a ship! The gals are going on a USO tour to Hawaii with the sailors of the USS Intrepid, and will be broadcasting over the Pacific Ocean to the listeners at home. But be warned of rocky waters and rogue pirates. Bring your life jacket and your rations - it’ll be a Titanic amount of fun!
Your cruise ship directors, The Apple Sisters, will get your hips shaking with their new hula hit “Oh we Oh, Hawaii.†They’ll make sure you look your best, even during these tough economic times with “Ration Fashion.†They’ll fire up your inner Gloria Gaynor with their 1940s girl power anthem “What the Cluck.†And they’ll surf their way to victory in their “tidal†hit, “Dit Dit Dit! Thar She Blew.†Get ready to raise your sails to full mast and surf the high waters! Grab a matey and hit the decks – it’s gonna be a tidal wave of high seas silly.
Written & Performed by
Kimmy Gatewood, Rebekka Johnson, and Sarah Lowe
PLUS! Some super special guest stars!
