ASSSSCAT for Obama

In connection with Generation Obama LA ("GO/LA"), a special fundraiser in support of the Barack Obama campaign. 100% of ticket sales will go to the campaign.

In ASSSSCAT we take a suggestion from the audience, then the show begins. A special guest celebrity monologist shares off-the-cuff thoughts, feelings, and personal remembrances inspired by the suggestion. A cast of all-star improvisers in turn use this impromptu monologue as fodder for a series of high octane, balls-to-the-wall improvised sketches that have made ASSSSCAT one of the longest running improv shows in the history of the world.

Cast: Matt Besser, Ian Roberts and Matt Walsh of the Upright Citizens Brigade with Chad Carter and Sean Conroy plus surprise special guest improvisers and monologist.

Generation Obama Los Angeles (GO/LA) is a locally-based but nationally-coordinated grassroots movement led by a group of young professionals working to impact the election by connecting Angelenos of all backgrounds and inspiring them to get involved in the campaign. GO/LA seeks to encourage and inspire supporters to get out to vote, fundraise, and initiate their own awareness and fundraising events. GO/LA has one simple goal: to elect Barack Obama as the next President of the United States of America.
