Dave Ferguson is a writer and performer from Dayton, Ohio. A graduate of Ithaca College and a student of the Upright Citizens Brigade and iO West Training Centers, Dave is a member of the sketch group The Birthday Boys, currently writing and performing a new half-hour sketch show every month at UCB. The group has been selected for a number of comedy festivals, including Sketchfest NYC, Seattle Sketchfest, the Los Angeles Comedy Festival, Chicago Sketchfest, San Francisco Sketchfest, UCB’s Inaugural Ultimate Comedy Bash, and the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival. 

Dave has also produced comedy for UCB’s Sketch Cram, Comedy Death-Ray, and a number of other showcases. He is a contributor to the first season of MTV\'s Popzilla and a member of the improv comedy group Crud, a Los Angeles Improv Comedy Festival and Del Close Marathon selection. He recently performed in The 1988 Nakatomi Corporation Christmas Party and Charlyne Yi and Allan McLeod\'s play World of Pain.

Dave is best known as a personal friend to fellow performer and larger-than-life Los Angeles personality, Michael Mitchell.
