Dave Horwitz
Dave Horwitz began writing and performing comedy as a student at Emerson College. As the vice president of a humor magazine, he decided he might like some more attention, and joined a sketch and long form improv troupe. After graduating in 2005, he promptly moved to Los Angeles to pursue the dream.
He began writing and performing regularly at the UCB theatre with the comedy group Hendershaw, who went on to produce a successful run of their sketch play Bros Before Girls. His other credits include See You Next Tuesday, Comedy Death Ray, Sketch-mas, The Idiots, America's Best Comic, Charlyne Yi's Music Box, Two Ninja Turtles Meet Two Ghostbusters, Rap Crisis Center, Exhibition Cagematch, and UCB Gets You Laid.
Dave was recently accepted to an as yet unnamed UCB Maude team, and is currently writing and starring in a Warner Brothers web series called Downers Grove. He also likes pizza and photography.
