Laurel Coppock

Laurel Coppock is an alum of the Circle in the Square Acting Conservatory in New York City. She performed improv and sketch comedy for 6 years in Chicago and is a founding member of the highly acclaimed all-female improv group the Rag Dolls. While in Chicago, Laurel wrote and performed her solo show Grasp and went on to perform it at festivals internationally. She was a cast member of Boom Chicago in Amsterdam from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, Laurel shot a TV pilot for the Oxygen network called LOL featuring four up-and-coming comediennes. In the pilot, Laurel performs a selection from her solo show Breakdown City, which she performed here at UCB. She also shot a pilot called Food Chain for the G4 network in which she plays the female lead. Laurel can be seen in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm and is a regular contributor to Turkeyneck.net. Laurel performs here weekly on the UCB Harold team, MacGuffin.
