Lindsay Katai was born in Reno, NV to two blackjack dealers who fell in love at the Hilton (the Flamingo Hilton, no less) and named her after a cocktail waitress. The cocktail waitress later got cancer and died. In 1989, Lindsay's parents fell out of love and she thereafter grew up in San Diego, CA with her mother, grandmother, and younger sister. Lindsay's grandmother later suffered from heart failure and died. Lindsay has a degree in Drama from the University of California, Irvine and a bunch of theatre credits that you don't care about. At UCB she has performed in Sketch-Mas, made it to the final round of the 2007 3-on-3 Improv Tournament with her group Casting Couch, and is on the Maude team Wall of Sound. Lindsay will someday have some sort of tragedy befall her and die. She's crossing her fingers that said tragedy will be old age. Which is the greatest tragedy of all.
