Doug Jones

Doug Anthony Jones was born in Canada and raised in Los Angeles. In 2002 he began performing stand-up at open mics all over the city and was hired as a staff writer and web producer on the nationally syndicated and XM Satellite Radio comedy program The Phil Hendrie Show.
Doug began studying at UCBTLA when the theatre opened in 2005 and has since appeared in various shows such as Sketch Cram, Dadquest, and America's Best Comic. Between 2007-08 he appeared in People Mover and Disneyland, two sketch shows which he wrote exclusively for the UCB stage. His very first improv group Fiffle Fooffers went on to win Cagematch for a record 21 consecutive weeks in a row and his first Harold team Cabbages & Kings performed at the Del Close Marathon in New York.
Doug was recently seen on TBS.com's 10 Dates From Hell, he appeared in TV ads for Rhapsody, Miller Lite, Microsoft and was also featured in a comedy short for ESPN Sportscenter. Currently you can find Doug performing on the UCB Harold Team Hey, Uncle Gary!
