Michael Cassady is an actor/musician from Iowa (but not from a farm) – he has been performing live theatre, music, and comedy in Los Angeles since 2003. A proud member of the sketch group “Fireball Deluxe” and the Maude team “A Kiss From Daddy”, UCB credits include Freak Dance, Fireball Deluxe:DadQuest, Before They Were Giants, Comedy Death Ray, See You Next Tuesday, Two Ghostbusters Meet Two Ninja Turtles, Please Seat Yourself, The Cigar of Charlyne Yi among others. Other theatre credits: solo play Catalpa at Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Evidence Room Theatre Los Angeles (Winner of 2006 LA WEEKLY AWARD for Best Solo Performance); Shipwrecked! at South Coast Repertory among others. Film: Eagle Eye (Dreamworks).

Michael writes, plays, and sings in the piano-pop trio “Don’t Stop Or We’ll Die” and has written original music for Fireball Deluxe:DadQuest, and other stage shows. Michael can be seen this summer as Bruno the Dog in the revival of Shipwrecked! at the Geffen Playhouse.
