MICHAEL LEFFINGWELL began studying with the UCB in 2003. At UCBTNY, he performed in the Made-Up Musical, with the sketch show Gun Love, and co-wrote and performed in the sketch show Of Mice and Tara & Michael. He also spent several years as a teacher and performer in the Touring and Main Company of Chicago City Limits. Michael co-created and was head writer of the fake news website FNN 24/7. He has appeared on FOX's Talk Show with Spike Feresten and has written and performed several characters for The Marc Maron Show on Air America. He is currently a freelance writer for The Onion's Web Video Project and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson's monologue. At UCBTLA he can be seen on the house team Gravy.
