COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Any student who feels discriminated against or wronged in any way, be it by a fellow student, an instructor, or any employee of the training center has the right to file a written complaint within seven days of the alleged violation.

All complaints must be in writing.

The Academic Supervisor and Training Center Manager shall maintain a written record of each complaint that is made. The Academic Supervisor shall also send the complainant an e-mail acknowledging the complaint and requesting further information if necessary

The Academic Supervisor shall, within 14 days of receipt of such complaint, commence an investigation of the alleged violation and shall, within 30 days of the receipt of such written complaint, issue a written finding. The Academic Supervisor will interview all persons involved and, if necessary, disciplinary action will be taken against any faculty, staff members, or students involved and found in violation of school policy.

The Academic Supervisor shall furnish the findings of the investigation to the person who filed the complaint and to the staff members or other students cited in the complaint. Once a resolution is reached all parties involved will be notified.
