CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

All 8 Week Courses

If a student wishes to withdraw from a course, they should inform the Training Center Manager immediately. Refunds may be issued for courses upon student withdrawal under the following provisions:

  • Withdrawal from a course 3 or more business days prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund
  • Withdrawal from a course less than 3 business days prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund minus a $45 dollar administration fee
  • Withdrawal after class # 1 will result in refund equal to 70% of the tuition
  • Withdrawal after class # 2 will result in refund equal to 50% of the tuition
  • Withdrawal after class # 3 will result in refund equal to 30% of the tuition
  • After the fourth class, NO refunds of partial credits will be given

Any student who attends four or more classes forfeits their right to any partial refund.

4-6 Week Courses and 1-2 day workshops

Refunds may be issued for courses upon student withdrawal under the following provisions:

  • Withdrawal from a course 3 or more business days prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund
  • Withdrawal from a course less than 3 business days prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund minus a $45 dollar administration fee
  • Once course starts, NO refunds or partial credits will be given.

Any student who attends one or more classes forfeits their right to any partial refund.

Practice Sessions

Refunds may be issued for practice sessions upon student withdrawal under the following provisions:

  • Withdrawal from a practice session 2 or more business days prior to the start of the class will result in a full refund
  • Withdrawal from a practice session with less that 2 business days notice of the will result in no refund

Switching Classes

If a course has not started and the student wants to switch into a different section of the course that has also not started, the student may do so. The student will still be held to the provisions of the Refund Policy. In some circumstances, the student will have to pay a monetary penalty to switch.

Once the course has started the student cannot switch into a different section.

For extenuating circumstances concerning cancellation and refund policies, the student should contact the Training Center Manager.
